The tournament at The Gathering 2010 was set to start at 09:00CET this morning, but power cuts prevented this from happening and the tournament has now been postponed till later today.
The first power cut kicked in shortly after players had started to join the game servers. The power cut meant that everything went down and that no matches could be played. Once the power was restored and players once again found their way on the servers, some matches actually started. But it did not last long, as roughly four rounds into the matches, the power once again went down.
Reported directly to us from Hamar in Norway, it has been told that the organizers have chosen to postponed the tournament till 12:30CET, hoping that the power issues can be fixed meanwhile.
So at this point no matches have been played, meaning you have not missed anything. Tune back at 12:30CET to watch the first round hopefully starting. Should there come additional changes or updates, then we will be the first to let you know.
